Brothers Salvatore and Gino Reina are the owners of Francesca Brick Oven Pizza & Pasta in downtown Glen Rock since 2008.
Salvatore has worked in the restaurant business since he was 14 years old. He completed his undergraduate degree in Business Management from Stony Brook University in August 2007, and like many people started in a position behind the desk at a major financial institution. However, in the back of Salvatore's mind, he knew his heart was still in the restaurant business.
We are a community-oriented mom and pop pizzeria serving great wood fired pizza, pasta, salads and other great eats! We love supporting other local businesses and the community in any way we can and will always continue to do so.
The name of the restaurant is in honor of Salvatore and Gino's Sicilian grandmother.
